Wing Assistant is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager for AI Agents to lead onboarding, configure APIs, and drive adoption for B2B SaaS clients. The role requires strong technical curiosity and excellent communication in English and Spanish, with work conducted remotely to align with US business hours.

You will own client relationships from onboarding through renewal, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with engineering for integrations while identifying expansion opportunities within

Qualifications

• Experience in a CSM or TAM role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Proven track record in managing customer relationships and driving product adoption.
• Ability to work independently with initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with troubleshooting in a tech-focused setting.
• Strong organizational skills for multiple clients and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and ensure smooth transition to our products.
• Configure Central to meet client needs and understand technical aspects.
• Drive product adoption through proactive communication and training.
• Provide troubleshooting and escalate only engineering issues.
• Manage customer communications with timely, clear updates.
• Focus on retention and opportunities for expansion within accounts.
• Participate in independent go-lives following the ramp schedule.
• Collaborate with engineering on APIs and integrations while owning the customer experience.
