Job summary
Wing Assistant is seeking a Customer Success & Product Manager to drive onboarding, adoption, and value realization for our platform in a fast-growing team. You will own customer outcomes, translate needs into actionable roadmap items, and work across Product, CS, and Solutions Engineering to deliver end-to-end solutions.
You will configure APIs, build AI-powered workflows, and prepare compelling demos. A strong beginner/intermediate familiarity with integrations and a customer-focused mindset
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related discipline.
- 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, Product Management, SaaS Implementation, Technical Support, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience with SaaS products or technology platforms in a fast-growing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements.
Responsibilities
- Onboard and guide customers, ensuring successful product adoption and minimal blockers.
- Translate customer workflows and feedback into actionable product requirements for engineering.
- Build AI-powered workflows, configure integrations, and demonstrate platform value through demos and proofs-of-concept.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize customer-centric improvements and drive expansion opportunities.
