Job summary

Outlier invites detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all from home or while traveling.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images and videos to prompts, inspecting outputs for artifacts and timing glitches, and providing concise explanations in English to guide model improvements. Flexible, remote work.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication in everyday conversation.
• Strong attention to detail; patient to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Capable of decisive choices when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely for distortions, flickering, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
• Writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
