Job summary

Outlier is asking for detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will rate live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what was off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

We offer flexible hours with fully remote work, weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM, and free access to leading LLMs. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome to join and contribute to improving AI systems.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication and comfort with everyday conversational speech.
Strong attention to detail, patient to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations naturally.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
Writing clear explanations in English pointing to what you saw or heard, for each output.
