Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, helping shape how AI systems learn and perform in the real world.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, with the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Currently accepting applicants from multiple countries for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Writing a clear, English explanation of why a choice was made and how it aligns with the prompt.
