Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

You will help shape AI systems by evaluating outputs, describing issues in writing, and supporting ongoing research-to-real-world improvements. This remote opportunity offers flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
• Ability to explain what’s off in writing with evidence.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Spot artifacts like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, and misaligned audio.
• Provide a written explanation of findings in English.
