Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all from home and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with strong attention to detail and the ability to articulate clear, evidence-based explanations. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome, with earnings up to 18 USD/hr plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews.
• Able to decide when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which one better follows prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, text and audio mismatches.
• Write a specific English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
