Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking outputs, identifying issues, and providing written explanations in English to support AI improvements. Remote, international applicants are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Strong writing of evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English of what you saw or heard.
