Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere, on a flexible schedule. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare multimedia outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off to help improve AI systems.

Remote work with no minimum hours and weekly payments are offered. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-focused, and capable of clear, concise explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail with patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zoom, replay) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Writing a concise English explanation pointing to observed issues.
