Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs, and provide written explanations of issues.

Ideal candidates have strong written English, attention to detail, and the ability to assess image, video, and audio quality across prompts. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in realistic conversations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Compare AI-generated media pairs and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Write a concise, evidence-based explanation in English describing what you saw or heard.
