Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, compare images and videos, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Your work helps shape AI systems by providing precise feedback and explanations, contributing to improvements in realism, alignment, and prompt following. Flexible hours and remote work are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.
• Eligible to work from Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely, zooming in or replaying to spot distortions or misalignment.
• Provide written explanations pointing to what looked or sounded off.
