Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will supervise live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain issues in writing, all from a remote setting with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking outputs for adherence and quality, describing why one option is better, and writing concise explanations. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome via the flexible, on-demand model.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and describing realistic scenarios in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zoom, replay) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and writing a concise explanation in English detailing what was observed.
