Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what looked or sounded wrong in writing.

You’ll help shape AI systems by scoring outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, then produce clear explanations in English for each task. Remote work is available worldwide.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to think clearly and decide when both options have flaws.
• Comfortable describing outcomes in written form for AI evaluation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely, spotting distortions, flicker, or misalignment.
• Writing specific English explanations that point to observed issues.
