The role emphasizes research rigor, scalable experimentation, and collaboration with Engineering and Managed Services to push prototypes toward production.

Qualifikationen

• Strong foundations in machine learning, probability, and statistics.
• PhD-level depth in modern ML research or equivalent mastery.
• Experience training generative models and LLMs.
• RLHF/RLAIF, policy optimization, and reward modeling.
