Qualifications

• Strong foundations in machine learning, probability and statistics.
• Experience training generative models and LLMs.
• Fluent in experimental design with rigorous evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Work at intersection of AI and Threat Research on agentic systems.
• Train models and develop AI agents for cybersecurity tasks.
• Post-train LLMs with RLHF/RLAIF and reward modeling.
• Prototype planning, tool calls, and memory for agents.
• Benchmark agentic systems with rigorous evals and metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Managed Services teams.
