CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Data Scientist to help build the next generation of intelligent, agentic systems for cybersecurity.

You’ll train models, develop AI agents, and rigorously evaluate performance on large-scale behavioral data processed daily. You will collaborate with experts across Engineering and Data Science to deploy prototypes toward production, while keeping pace with rapid advances in AI and cybersecurity research.

Qualifications

• Strong foundations in machine learning, probability, and statistics.
• PhD-level depth of understanding in modern ML research or equivalent mastery.
• Experience training generative models and LLMS training fundamentals.
• Experience with reinforcement learning and post-training methods.
• Experience building agentic systems and prompt optimization.

Responsibilities

• Work at the intersection of AI and Threat Research.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity experts to understand analyst workflows.
• Post-train LLMs and agents using RLHF/RLAIF and related methods.
• Design AI agents and complex workflows with planning and memory components.
• Benchmark agentic systems with rigorous evaluation and statistics.
