CrowdStrike is seeking a Data Scientist to help build next-generation agentic systems for cybersecurity. You will train models, develop AI agents, and rigorously measure performance on trillion‑scale security data.

Work closely with cybersecurity experts to optimize prompts, post‑train LLMs, and prototype state‑of‑the‑art methods, delivering robust solutions in a mission‑driven environment.

Formación

• Strong foundations in machine learning, probability, and statistics with good experimental design.
• Experience training generative models and LLMs, including fine-tuning and RLHF/RLAIF.
• Expertise with RL and agentic systems, including planning and retrieval memory.
• Experience with prompt optimization and building evals for LLM systems.
• Proficiency with GPUs and PyTorch, plus common ML tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Work at the intersection of AI and Threat Research.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity experts to understand analyst workflows.
• Post-train LLMs and agents with supervised fine‑tuning and RLHF/RLAIF.
• Design AI agents and integrate them into complex workflows.
• Prototype state‑of‑the‑art methods and benchmark rigorously.
• Collaborate across Engineering and Data Science to move prototypes to production.
• Keep abreast of AI research and identify priority areas.
