CrowdStrike is seeking a Data Scientist to help build the next generation of agentic cybersecurity systems. You will train models, develop AI agents, and rigorously measure performance on real-world security problems at scale.

You will collaborate with engineering and data science teams to bring prototypes toward production, applying RLHF/RLAIF and advanced prompting techniques while exploring new research directions in AI for security.

Qualificações

• Strong foundations in machine learning, probability, and statistics.
• PhD-level depth of understanding in modern ML research or equivalent mastery.
• Experience training generative models and LLMs.
• Reinforcement learning/post-training fine-tuning expertise.
• Experience building agentic systems and planning architectures.
• Proficiency with GPUs, PyTorch, and LLM stacks.

Responsabilidades

• Work at the intersection of AI and Threat Research.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity experts to understand analyst workflows.
• Post-train LLMs and agents using RLHF/RLAIF and PPO/GRPO/DPO.
• Design and integrate AI agents into complex workflows.
• Prototype state-of-the-art methods and benchmark agentic systems.
• Keep up with AI research developments and prioritize areas for study.
