Qualifications

• PhD-level depth of understanding in modern ML research is expected, but a doctorate is not required.
• Experience training generative models and LLM training fundamentals.
• Experience with reinforcement learning, RLHF/RLAIF, and reward modeling.

• Collaborate with cybersecurity experts to understand analyst workflows.
