Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score each exchange, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong.

Remote work and flexible hours offer wide geographic access, including the United States. You will compare AI-generated media across images, videos, and audio, rating adherence, quality, and realism.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to review outputs closely.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely (zooming, replaying) to spot issues like artifacts, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Write a detailed English explanation of findings, linked to observed evidence.
