Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score each exchange, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images/videos to prompts, rating outputs on adherence and realism, and providing written explanations in English. The work helps improve AI systems and learning models.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay/review.
• Comfortable thinking aloud in realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot problems like artifacts or mismatches.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
