Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators with keen attention to detail, comfortable arguing a point when both options have flaws, and able to produce concise explanations for quality evaluation. Remote work is flexible and global.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Capable of deciding clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming, replay) to spot issues like artifacts, motion errors, text and audio mismatches.
• Writing specific explanations in English that pinpoint what was seen or heard.
