Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and compare generated media to determine which follows prompts best.

You will explain findings in writing to help improve AI systems. Responsibilities include evaluating images and videos, identifying issues such as flicker or misalignment, and providing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; patient to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or mismatched audio; noting observations in writing.
• Rating outputs on dimensions and providing written explanations of findings.
