Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis with flexible hours. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what’s off in writing.

Tasks include comparing image/video pairs and identifying issues such as artifacts, timing errors, and misalignment with prompts. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, clear written communication, and the ability to make concise, evidence-based

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication in everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Writing specific explanations in English that point to what was observed or heard.
