Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rate outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing, all remotely on a flexible schedule.

We aim to improve how advanced AI systems reason and perform in real-world tasks by gathering precise feedback across audio, image, and video outputs. This is a remote opportunity with flexible hours and competitive per-hour pay.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• High attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video misalignment.
