Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will evaluate live conversations with AI voice models and compare AI-created media, explaining what looked or sounded off in writing.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with sharp attention to detail, and comfortable thinking on their feet. Bachelor’s level education is preferred, and tasks include image, video, and audio evaluations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to inspect outputs.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models, ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and assess which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio/video.
• Write a precise English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
• Evaluate tasks including image/video evaluations, caption labeling, and audio/voice evaluations.
