Outlier is hiring detail-oriented testers to review AI-generated media from a remote location. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule.

Typical tasks include evaluating image/video outputs, captioning, and reporting reasons in written form. Eligible applicants are fluent in English with strong attention to detail and a Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet in realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise explanations.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Ranking AI-generated images and videos by how well they follow the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio/video mismatch.
• Writing explanations in English that point to what you saw or heard.
