Job summary

Outlier is hiring to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home or on the go. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing.

The role is remote with flexible hours and compensation of up to $15 per hour, paid weekly via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM. Ideal candidates are fluent English speakers with sharp attention to detail who can judge how well AI outputs follow prompts and provide concise explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to review closely.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations.
• Able to make clear decisions when one option has flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn't match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
