Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on your own schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, helping shape AI reasoning and performance.

Earn up to $15/hr with performance incentives and weekly payments. Work from home or while traveling, with flexible hours and ongoing access to leading LLM tools.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in conversation.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Writing a precise English explanation describing what you saw or heard.
• Image evaluations: select the better image given the text prompt.
• Video evaluations: rank videos against a text prompt or source.
