Outlier is seeking detail-oriented workers to review AI-generated media from anywhere with a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looks off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Contributors help improve AI systems by providing precise feedback on prompts, clarity, and realism, earning up to $15 per hour plus incentives and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and explain judgments clearly.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.

Responsabilités

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging alignment with prompts.
• Inspecting outputs to spot distortions, flicker, or mis‑matched audio.
• Providing written explanations in English detailing the observations.
• Rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism.
