Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on your schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and write precise explanations of what was off or inaccurate.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours and pay up to $15/hour, paid weekly. No fixed minimum hours and opportunities for additional incentives exist as you contribute to improving AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or mismatches.
• Writing explanations in English detailing what you saw or heard.
