Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your expertise helps shape how advanced AI systems reason, learn, and improve. This is a fully remote, flexible-hours role with weekly pay and incentives for accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail and ability to listen closely and replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated image/video pairs and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video misalignment.
• Writing concise explanations in English detailing what was observed.
