Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented evaluators to review AI-generated media, holding live conversations with AI voice models and comparing image/video outputs. You will rate realism, clarity, and adherence to prompts, then write concise explanations describing what looked or sounded off.

This is a fully remote, flexible-hours role with payments on a weekly cadence. Eligible candidates are fluent in English with strong written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to articulate

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to explain what’s off in AI-generated media in concise, evidence-based writes.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and describing realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Ranking which outputs best follow prompts for images and videos.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flickers, or misaligned audio and visuals.
• Writing explanations in English that point to observed issues and decisions.
