Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs, and explain what looked or sounded wrong in writing.

This role contributes to advancing AI systems by providing precise, evidence-based feedback. Ideal candidates have fluent English, high attention to detail, and the ability to articulate clear judgments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in on output.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Ability to decide when options both have flaws and document reasoning.
• Relevant degree or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking naturalness and usefulness of AI outputs and explaining results in writing.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs to spot distortions, flickering, misalignment, and errors.
