Job summary

Makai Labs, LLC. is seeking a Project Manager to own delivery of enterprise AI automation projects from planning through rollout. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, product, client services, and client stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget while aligning with business objectives.

You will ensure decisions, actions, and risks have owners and are followed up until closure, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment with meticulous, results-oriented execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in client-facing software/tech projects.
• Experience delivering complex projects cross-functionally and with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to prioritize, maintain schedules, and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and completion of enterprise AI automation projects.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones as priorities change.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure success.
• Maintain risk/issue log and flag blockers with proposed solutions.
• Run client and internal meetings with clear owners and deadlines.
• Coordinate rollout and user adoption post-launch.
• Track budget and changes against SOW; support change orders.
• Identify process improvements and leverage AI tools to automate tasks.
