Job summary

Sedgwick, a leading risk and claims administration partner, is seeking a Product Manager AI to own end-to-end AI initiatives for a line of business or platform. You will work with business stakeholders to define AI-enabled improvements for claims operations, cost control, and client service performance, translating them into structured backlog items and sprint plans.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Product Management or Business-Technology roles within insurance, claims, or managed services.
• Strong understanding of claims operations, adjustor workflows, or insurance servicing models
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Ability to translate operational pain points into structured technical requirements
• Strong stakeholder communication skills across business and technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI initiatives for a Line of Business or platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define AI-enabled improvements to claims operations, cost control, and client service performance.
• Translate objectives into sprint-ready execution plans and measurable outcomes.
• Backlog governance: prioritize according to business value and enterprise AI portfolio constraints.
• Lead with AI engineers and data scientists to validate feasibility and impact in production.
• Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders and manage delivery timelines.
