Ethos is seeking experienced business process managers to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on capacity planning, SOP playbooks, workflow maps, and inventory forecasting.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in operations management or continuous improvement, expert document and presentation craftsmanship, and a proven ability to reduce costs and cycle times through data-driven change.

Formación

• Proven track record managing capacity planning models, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, or workflow process maps in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Experience authoring SOP playbooks and process improvement business cases that measurably reduced cost or cycle time.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop capacity planning models, SOP playbooks, workflow maps, and inventory forecasting spreadsheets.
• Support operational readiness and cost/time improvements through data-driven analyses.
