CodePath is seeking a Senior Manager of AI Practice to lead a remote team of mentors for the Claude Corps program in the United States. You will own delivery outcomes for ~200 fellows, guide instruction cadence, and ensure quality across pods and mentors.

The role reports to the Senior Director, AI Programs and partners with Claude Corps strategic allies to scale the program from 100 to 1,000 fellows, shaping curriculum through real-world field signals.

Qualifications

• You have managed people and can point to specific ways you raised a team's performance, ideally technical or coaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage the mentor team: hire, onboard, coach, and uphold coaching quality.
• Own delivery for your fellows: ~200 fellows at full scale; ensure instruction lands.
• Own the agenda-based instructional time for your portfolio; decide to teach or delegate.
• Hold the quality framework for mentorship and reviews; escalate when needed.
• Turn field observations into curriculum change requests for the curriculum team.
