Job summary

CodePath is seeking a remote, U.S.-based Partnerships Manager to own new-partner acquisition for the higher education channel, from outreach to signed commitments. You’ll grow a network of college partners and bring CS programs to students nationwide.

You’ll work with CS faculty, chairs, and provosts to demonstrate value, travel roughly once per quarter, and leverage AI tools to forecast and optimize results. This is a fast-moving, impact-driven role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years originating net-new business in full-cycle sales.
• Experience selling to technical buyers; CS degree not required.
• Able to adapt when playbooks aren’t written yet.
• Strong cross-stakeholder communication with faculty and executives.

Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline of net-new for-credit campus partners.
• Run full partnership cycle end to end: outreach, discovery, demo, signed agreement.
• Win over CS faculty and deans to build internal case for adoption.
• Represent CodePath’s curriculum to a technical audience.
• Shape strategy, target accounts, and conference approach; execute.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Delivery, Curriculum teams to move deals forward.
• Use AI across research, outreach, and forecasting.
