CodePath is expanding its Claude Corps initiative and seeking a Senior Manager of AI Practice to lead a remote team of mentors guiding 200 fellows across cohorts. You will own delivery quality, mentor performance, and curriculum alignment with the Commons platform.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage and grow delivery teams in an async/remote setting.
• Experience guiding Fellows/mentors to achieve learning outcomes at scale.
• Strong written communication, reporting, and change management in a remote org.

Responsibilities

• Manage a mentor team across cohorts and ensure coaching quality.
• Own delivery outcomes for a portfolio of fellows (approx. 200 at full scale).
• Define and execute the instructional agenda, deciding when to teach or delegate to mentors.
