Rithum is seeking a Software Support Specialist to provide accurate and timely support to clients via portal, email, telephone, and chat. You document issues, respond promptly, and may act as SME for one or more Rithum platforms.

This role supports global coverage with after-hours on-call rotation. Rithum embraces AI to boost productivity while maintaining quality, security, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in tech support or call center client service.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to organize work and multi-task effectively.
• Clear, concise, well-detailed written style.
• Experience with Windows and MS Office.
• Familiarity with ticketing and CRM software.
• Experience using AI tools to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound software support requests via portal, email, phone, and chat.
• Send proactive outbound communications about file or communication failures.
• Document client issues and actions using ticketing software.
• Escalate to Engineering for Tier 1-3 issues when needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours coverage.
• Develop internal knowledge base articles and other resources.
• Identify trends from tickets and client feedback for management.
