Job summary

Rithum is seeking a Software Support Specialist to join our global, remote-first team. You will handle inbound software support across portals, email, phone, and chat, document issues, and escalate to Engineering as needed.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to internal knowledge bases, and help identify trends from ticket data while delivering high client satisfaction. We encourage AI-driven productivity and secure, compliant processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of computer/tech/call center client service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with Windows and MS Office.
• Familiar with ticketing and CRM software.
• Ability to write clearly and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound software support via portal, email, phone, and chat (Tier 1/2).
• Document issues and actions using ticketing software; escalate when needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support coverage.
• Develop internal knowledge base articles and share with the team.
• Identify trends from ticket data and communicate with management.
