Job summary

EisnerAmper LLP seeks an AI Platform Architect, Strategy & Enablement to be the technical backbone of EisnerAmper’s AI transformation. This role owns performance, reliability, and cost efficiency of the EisnerAI Platform and drives multi‑year roadmaps, cross‑service‑line capabilities, and enterprise‑scale integrations on Azure.

Reporting to the Chief AI Officer, you will shape model lifecycle, vendor orchestration, and platform governance while partnering with hyperscalers and AI vendors to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field is required.
• 10+ years in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or platform leadership with scaling experience.
• 5+ years architecting enterprise-scale solutions on Microsoft Azure including Azure OpenAI and data services.
• 3+ years leading LLM benchmarking, evaluation, and optimization in production.

Responsibilities

• Own and Execute AI Platform Strategy.
• Own the multi-year platform roadmap – architecture, model lifecycle, and governance-as-code – scaling the EisnerAI Platform on Azure toward 1,000+ deployed agents.
• Define and enforce model lifecycle standards and evaluation benchmarks across the firm's multi-LLM environment.
• Own the connection between the EisnerAI Platform and the firm's broader technology ecosystem (ETI).
• Lead Platform Strategy and Architecture across the platform's data, application, and agentic layers on Azure AI Foundry.
• Codify AI and data governance into enforceable platform-level controls and automated compliance checks.
