Job summary

NewRocket is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable platforms enabling enterprise Claude-powered AI deployments. You will own cloud-native platform capabilities, CI/CD, and secure data flows across data sources, tools, and enterprise systems.

You will collaborate with AI Architects, Forward Deployed AI Engineers, and customer teams to deliver reusable patterns, governance controls, and observable production services that scale across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in platform/ cloud engineering or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD, IaC, and production release processes.
• Experience with LLM-powered applications and MLOps.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reusable platform capabilities for enterprise AI apps.
• Enable secure, scalable Claude-powered AI solutions and RAG workflows.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, model/version management, and observability.
• Collaborate with AI Architects, Forward Deployed AI Engineers, data engineers, and client teams.
• Ensure security, governance, and data residency compliance.
• Support enterprise data integration with ServiceNow and other systems.
