Job summary

NewRocket is seeking an experienced AI Platform Engineer to build, operate, and continually improve secure, scalable enterprise AI foundations. This role spans cloud infra, platform engineering, DevOps, MLOps, data‑platform integration, and ambitious AI applications powered by Claude.

Collaboration with AI Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, data teams, and client stakeholders will drive reusable platforms, patterns, and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in platform/cloud engineering or related roles.
• Hands‑on with cloud-native apps and services across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD, IaC, testing, and production release processes.
• Proficiency in Python/Java/JavaScript and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with LLM/AI security, governance, and observability.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable platform capabilities for enterprise AI.
• Build reusable reference architectures and deployment templates.
• Integrate AI applications with enterprise data and tools.
• Implement secure, governed production AI pipelines (Claude/LLM).
• Establish CI/CD, versioning, testing, and rollback practices.
