Job summary

Veeva Systems seeks an AI-fluent Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team, focusing on Vault Safety. This remote, full-time role partners with drug safety and pharmacovigilance clients to design governance, validation, and monitoring frameworks for AI-enabled safety workflows.

You'll lead workshops, drive AI adoption with compliance in mind, and translate complex AI concepts into actionable system configurations, delivering value across the implementation lifecycle for

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategic or implementation consulting.
• Experience in regulated environments (Life Sciences, Healthcare, Finance, Insurance, Aerospace).
• Ability to design governance models and monitoring dashboards for AI.
• Ability to learn complex domains and rapidly master Pharmacovigilance.
• Ability to translate requirements into software configurations.
• Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on AI strategy and governance within Vault Safety.
• Establish validation/testing frameworks for AI agents under CSV and GxP.
• Design dashboards to monitor AI agent performance and ROI.
• Learn Vault Safety capabilities and regulatory constraints.
• Run workshops and lead customer discussions on safety processes and AI adoption.
• Lead gap analyses, solution design, and customer training.
• Ensure customer success throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to innovate and stay current with AI trends.
