Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Safety Domain Expert for Veeva Falcon to bridge hands-on case processing with strategic PV automation.

You will collaborate with internal technical teams and early adopters, acting as the voice of the customer to ensure flawless safety automation across the platform. In this role, you will guide safety workflows, calibrate AI-enabled outputs, and shape long-term automation strategies while engaging PV leads and processing specialists to translate feedback

Qualifications

• 5+ years of active experience in Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety Operations.
• Deep tactical understanding of day-to-day case processing workflows and timelines.
• Strategic PV Operations expertise with automation and digital transformation.
• Demonstrated AI experience in pharmacovigilance or life sciences.
• Ability to bridge PV knowledge with technical product teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Workflow Guidance: advise on safety case intake, triage, validation, and reconciliation workflows.
• AI Calibration & Verification: review AI-driven outputs for accuracy and safety compliance.
• Strategic PV Ops Vision: translate industry trends into platform capabilities and automation strategies.
• Early Adopter Engagement: interact with PV leads to gather feedback for platform enhancements.
• Stress-Test Scenario Building: map complex safety cases to calibrate the platform's reasoning.
