Job summary

Veeva Systems seeks an AI-fluent Implementation Consultant for Vault Safety, focusing on AI-enabled case processing in pharmacovigilance. You will advise on AI governance, validation, and continuous oversight in a regulated domain, traveling up to 50% as needed.

Experience in regulated environments and knowledge of CSV, GxP, and pharma workflows are essential. This remote, full-time role requires strong client-facing and consulting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategic or implementation consulting for AI solutions.
• Experience in regulated environments (Life Sciences, Healthcare, Finance, Insurance, Aerospace).
• Hands-on governance model design, agent oversight, and performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on AI strategy and governance for Vault Safety workflows.
• Develop validation/testing frameworks for AI agents ensuring CSV/GxP compliance.
• Create dashboards to monitor AI agent accuracy and throughput in case management.
• Learn Vault Safety capabilities and pharmacovigilance regulatory constraints.
• Lead workshops, align requirements, and configure systems for AI-driven safety processes.
• Drive gap analyses, solution design, and client training for Vault Safety implementations.
• Ensure customer success and value realization throughout the project lifecycle.
