Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an AI-fluent Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team, focusing on Vault Safety. You will guide clients on implementing, validating, and governing AI agents in a high-stakes, regulated life sciences environment.

You'll build validation frameworks, design dashboards to monitor AI performance, and translate complex AI concepts into compliant, actionable solutions, while traveling up to 50% and working remotely as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategic or implementation consulting focusing on AI solutions.
• Experience in regulated environments (Life Sciences, Healthcare) with governance.
• Experience designing AI governance, agent oversight, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Advise drug safety and pharmacovigilance clients on AI strategy and governance.
• Establish validation/testing frameworks for AI agents with CSV/GxP compliance.
• Design dashboards to monitor AI agent accuracy, throughput, and performance.
• Rapidly learn Vault Safety capabilities and regulatory constraints.
• Lead workshops and customer discussions on safety optimization and config.
• Lead gap analyses, solution design, and customer training for Vault Safety.
• Ensure customer success and value realization throughout implementation.
• Identify opportunities to innovate and translate trends into actions
