Outlier AI is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, and writing concise explanations. Ideal candidates have strong written English, attention to detail, and are comfortable working across time zones.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and comfort with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly in real-time.

Responsabilités

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot artifacts like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatch between audio and video.
• Providing written explanations in English detailing what was seen or heard, with concrete examples.
